This cornbread stuffing recipe is super simple and comes together in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Veggies Made Great Homestyle Cornbread

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock (depending on how moist you like it)

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces

  • 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning

  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice the Cornbread into cubes and air fry it for 6 - 8 mins at 400°F.

  2. Heat olive oil on a pan/skillet and add in the minced garlic.

  3. Add in the chopped onion, celery and carrot and sauté until onion has softened (~5 mins).

  4. In a bowl, add your cornbread cubes, sautéed veggie mixture, chicken stock, beaten egg, and poultry seasoning.

  5. gently toss it all together and transfer to a greased 8X8 baking dish.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 mins.

  7. Enjoy!
