Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place Potato Bake(s) on a baking sheet with parchment paper in the oven at 425°F for 12 minutes.

  2. Once crispy, add pesto, mozzarella cheese and sliced grape tomatoes.

  3. Place them back into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

  4. Once done, take out and top with basil, olive oil, and hot honey.

  5. Enjoy!
