Ingredients
Sliced Grape Tomatoes
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pesto
Basil
Olive Oil
Optional: Hot Honey
Preparation
Place Potato Bake(s) on a baking sheet with parchment paper in the oven at 425°F for 12 minutes.
Once crispy, add pesto, mozzarella cheese and sliced grape tomatoes.
Place them back into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Once done, take out and top with basil, olive oil, and hot honey.
Enjoy!
